b. Geolocation Information

To add location tags to your translation records when you save them, we will request access to your device’s precise geolocation information before you use the relevant feature.

 

Important note: This location retrieval is only triggered when you actively save the translation, and it is a one-time action on the app side. This application does not and will not collect your location information when running in the background. This information will be stored together with your translation content, so that you can view it in the history later. You can disable this permission at any time in your device settings.

 

c. Usage Data

Information about how you use our Service, such as:

  • Device information (e.g., device type, operating system)
  • Log data (e.g., IP address, access times, pages viewed)
  • Application performance data
  • Features accessed and frequency of use

 

d. Content Data

Content you provide for translation, including:

13. Auto-Renewable Subscriptions

LaxLingo offers auto-renewing subscription services (e.g., Monthly, Quarterly, Annual subscriptions), allowing users to purchase usage quotas for specific periods through subscription. You agree to the following terms:

a. Subscription Types & Features
LaxLingo offers auto-renewing subscriptions (e.g., Monthly, Quarterly, Annual subscriptions) that unlock usage quotas and premium features within a specific period.

 

b. Payment

  • For iOS Users: All subscription fees will be charged to your Apple App Store account. Payment will be deducted from your App Store account balance after purchase confirmation.
  • For Android Users: All subscription fees will be charged to your Google Play Store account. Upon purchase confirmation, payment will be deducted from your associated payment method (such as a credit or debit card).

 

c. Auto-Renewal
Unless you turn off auto-renewal at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period through the respective app store, your subscription will automatically renew. Your app store account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current cycle.

 

d. Cancellation & Management

  • For iOS Users: You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time via the following path: Open “Settings” on your device > Tap your “Apple ID” > Select “Subscriptions”, then find LaxLingo and manage it.
  • For Android Users: You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time via the following path: Open the Google Play Store app > Tap your profile icon in the top right corner > Select “Payments & subscriptions” > “Subscriptions”, then find LaxLingo and manage it.

 

Important Note: Canceling your subscription does not trigger a refund for the current period. Upon cancellation, your subscription service will continue until the end of the current payment cycle and will not auto-renew after that.

 

e. Free Trial
If a free trial is offered, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription and begin charging at the end of the trial period unless you cancel beforehand.

  • For iOS Users: If you cancel your subscription during the trial period, you will lose the unused portion of the trial.
  • For Android Users: If you cancel your subscription during the trial period, you will immediately lose access to the subscription features and any unused portion of the trial.
