By accessing or using the services provided by Nature Ease, LLC (hereinafter referred to as “we”), including our AI text translation, audio translation, and real-time audio translation applications (the “Services”), you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms and conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use our Services.
These Terms apply to all users globally. By using the Services, you confirm that you have the legal capacity to agree to these Terms according to the laws of your jurisdiction.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the services provided by Nature Ease, LLC (“we,” “our,” “us”), including our AI-powered application for text translation, audio translation, and real-time audio interpretation (the “Service”), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use our Service.
These Terms apply to all users worldwide, and by using the Service, you confirm that you have the legal capacity to agree to these Terms under the laws of your jurisdiction.
2. Description of Services
We provide:
- Text Translation: Automated text translation between supported languages.
- Audio Translation: Audio file translation into text or other supported languages.
- Real-Time Audio Interpretation: Live interpretation of spoken language in real-time.
Users can access the Service through:
- Subscription Plans: Monthly, quarterly, or annual, with specific usage quotas.
- Pay-as-You-Go Model: Purchase additional usage credits as needed.
3. Global Availability
Our Service is available globally; however, availability may vary depending on your region due to legal, technical, or operational restrictions. By using the Service, you confirm it is lawful in your location.
4. Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction to use the Service.
- You must ensure your use of the Service complies with all local laws and regulations.
5. Auto-Renewable Subscriptions
LaxLingo offers auto-renewing subscription services (e.g., Monthly, Quarterly, Annual subscriptions), allowing users to purchase usage quotas for specific periods through subscription. You agree to the following terms:
a. Subscription Types & Features
LaxLingo offers auto-renewing subscriptions (e.g., Monthly, Quarterly, Annual subscriptions) that unlock usage quotas and premium features within a specific period.
b. Payment
- For iOS Users: All subscription fees will be charged to your Apple App Store account. Payment will be deducted from your App Store account balance after purchase confirmation.
- For Android Users: All subscription fees will be charged to your Google Play Store account. Upon purchase confirmation, payment will be deducted from your associated payment method (such as a credit or debit card).
c. Auto-Renewal
Unless you turn off auto-renewal at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period through the respective app store, your subscription will automatically renew. Your app store account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current cycle.
d. Cancellation & Management
- For iOS Users: You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time via the following path: Open “Settings” on your device > Tap your “Apple ID” > Select “Subscriptions”, then find LaxLingo and manage it.
- For Android Users: You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time via the following path: Open the Google Play Store app > Tap your profile icon in the top right corner > Select “Payments & subscriptions” > “Subscriptions”, then find LaxLingo and manage it.
Important Note: Canceling your subscription does not trigger a refund for the current period. Upon cancellation, your subscription service will continue until the end of the current payment cycle and will not auto-renew after that.
e. Free Trial
If a free trial is offered, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription and begin charging at the end of the trial period unless you cancel beforehand.
- For iOS Users: If you cancel your subscription during the trial period, you will lose the unused portion of the trial.
- For Android Users: If you cancel your subscription during the trial period, you will immediately lose access to the subscription features and any unused portion of the trial.
6. Subscription Plans and Fees
- Plans: Subscription plans offer defined usage quotas for a set period.
- Pay-as-You-Go: Users may purchase additional usage credits at specified rates.
- Payment: Payments must be made via approved methods. Fees are non-refundable except as required by local consumer protection laws.
- Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date. Users can manage subscriptions via account settings.
7. Usage Limitations
- Subscription plans and purchased credits are subject to defined usage quotas.
- Quotas reset at the beginning of a new subscription period and do not carry over.
- Misuse or unauthorized access, including exceeding quotas through non-permitted means, may result in suspension or termination.
8. User Responsibilities
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- You agree not to use the Service for illegal, harmful, or inappropriate purposes.
- You are responsible for ensuring that content provided for translation does not violate any laws or third-party rights.
9. Intellectual Property
- All intellectual property rights related to the Service are owned by Nature Ease, LLC or its licensors.
- You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the Service for personal or authorized business use.
10. Privacy and Data Protection
We value your privacy. For information on how we collect, use, and safeguard your data, please review our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the processing of your data as described in the Privacy Policy, including transfers to countries that may not offer the same data protection standards as your jurisdiction.
11. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability
- The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free functionality.
- To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Nature Ease, LLC disclaims liability for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
- Our total liability to any user will not exceed the amount paid by the user for the Service in the three months preceding the claim.
12. Modifications to the Service or Terms
- We may modify the Service or these Terms at any time. Changes will be notified via email or the application.
- Your continued use of the Service after changes to the Terms constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
13. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service for:
- Breach of these Terms.
- Failure to pay fees.
- Any other reason, with notice where feasible.
You may also terminate your account by contacting customer support.
14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
- These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, unless otherwise required by local law in your jurisdiction.
- International users agree to submit disputes to arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association or another mutually agreed forum.
- Nothing in this clause limits your statutory rights under the laws of your country of residence.
15. International Use
- You agree to comply with all applicable laws, including export control and data protection regulations, when using the Service.
- Some features or content may not be available in certain countries due to legal restrictions.
