This page is specifically dedicated to users submitting requests for the deletion of their accounts and associated data, and is provided by [Nature Ease, LLC] (the developer of this application).

How to Request Deletion of Your Account and Data

Please follow these steps to submit your deletion request:

Submit via In-App (Preferred):

Open the [LaxLingo] App.
Go to “Personal Center” > “Delete Account”.
Follow the on-screen prompts and confirm deletion.

Submit via Email:

Please send an email to our dedicated support address: contact@laxlingo.ai
Email Subject: “Request to Delete Account: LaxLingo”.
Email Body: Provide the registered email address or username associated with your account so we can accurately locate your data.

Processing Time:

We will complete the processing of your request within 30 calendar days of receipt.

Data Deletion Explanation

After you submit a deletion request, we will proceed with the following actions:

Data We Will Delete

Upon your confirmation of account deletion, we will immediately and permanently delete all the following personal information from our active servers:

Account information (e.g., username, registered email, phone number).
Profile data (e.g., avatar, nickname, personal signature).
All user-generated content (e.g., uploaded audio, files).
Application usage records and preference settings.
Device identifiers (e.g., push tokens bound to your account).

Data We May Retain

In accordance with legal and regulatory requirements, for tax, legal, fraud prevention, and security purposes, we may need to retain for a specific period the following partially anonymized or non-personal data:

Financial transaction records:To fulfill tax and accounting obligations, order and payment records related to in-app purchases will be retained for 7 years.
Necessary legal evidence: If involved in fraud, abuse, or unresolved user disputes, relevant data may be retained for up to 2 years after the issue is resolved.

All such retained data will be subject to strict access controls, used only for the specific purposes permitted by law, and securely destroyed after the legal retention periods end.
